We often fantasize about hotel rooms. Adulterous couples, lovers discovering each other, honeymooning tourists, traveling salespeople. But the most beautiful stories don't necessarily happen upstairs. Sometimes, they begin on the ground floor.
Caro is hired as a receptionist at a hotel in Toulouse. It's 1988. It's her first job. There, between two guests rushing to their rooms, she will meet a gaze. A gaze that turns her life upside down.
Caro's story was recorded by Mona Delahais.
