But the most beautiful stories don't necessarily happen upstairs. Sometimes, they begin on the ground floor. Caro is hired as a receptionist at a hotel in Toulouse. It's 1988. It's her first job. There, between two guests rushing to their rooms, she will meet a gaze. A gaze that turns her life upside down. Caro's story was recorded by Mona Delahais.
